If the purchased product is damaged due to transport or has manufacturing defects, Fara S.r.l. undertakes to replace the product under warranty and without any charge.

To make use of this right it is necessary to: send a written communication addressed to Fara S.r.l via Tevere, 6 Loc within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Martignana, Montespertoli (FI) 50025, Italy (via fax 0571676003 or via email info@faravetrerie.it), indicating the order references, the damaged or defective product and the details of the defect found.

Our Customer Service will contact you to arrange the replacement.


The product to be replaced must be returned in the carefully sealed original packaging. Fara S.r.l. will carry out the replacement at the address indicated on the invoice as soon as possible.
